Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
